When you do reality, you have to be pretty careful. You have to almost monitor yourself to make sure that you don't get yourself in situations that you shouldn't.
The difficulty with telling stories about real people is you have to find a way of mixing yourself into the matter.
I don't want to talk about my trials and tribulations. Once you reveal even part of what your real problems might be in life, they come back in a deformed way.
But I have to grow out of it, because it's very boring, really. Even when you're telling people how crap you are, you're still banging on about yourself.
You come to a point in your life when you really don't care what people think about you, you just care what you think about yourself.
I come from a background where you don't really talk about yourself much.
When people stare at you, and you read about yourself in papers - at 13, it just got very confusing. I thought that if this is what it's like to be famous, I don't like it one bit.
I learned a lot about a traumatic situation and what it does to you. It really brings you closer to your family and your loved ones.
If you put yourself in a situation of unpredictability and then find that it's completely possible to accept it, then you become an observer.
