When I act, a part of me goes into the character I am playing.
I am never going to write for the sake of writing.
My goal is to write books that are quality books with very real characters and a gripping plot.
I always liked characters that were more grounded in reality.
Even this vein of writing is so foreign to me that I am amazed.
Character, I am sure, lies in the genes.
I am not of the vein of actors - and I will not pretend to be one - that takes my character home with me. I don't.
I am not trying to chase what other people are doing.
I don't go to the sale rack. But I wouldn't say I am decadent in my spending. I am careful.
