If I go home from a day of shooting, and I haven't at some point felt the magic, I'm really frustrated.
The way I meditate is by being organised. I can get real Zen if I go home and tidy the front room.
I can only do really serious writing for a couple of hours. And then I always go on a walk. I do a one-to-two-hour walk; I don't go running or hard hiking.
I just try to get on anyway that I can, hit, hit-by-pitch, walk, home runs, anything.
It's real easy for me to write a lot of stories. I just go and I live through something, and I go home and write about it. It's that quick.
I laugh my head off every day with my husband and my kids, who are mooning me and singing me songs.
When you have to stay late, you stay late, and when you don't have to stay late, you go home. But, you do whatever it takes to get the job done that day.
And when the day arrives I'll become the sky and I'll become the sea and the sea will come to kiss me for I am going home. Nothing can stop me now.
My kids don't watch my movies. What I want to do is go home and hug my kids, talk to them and engage with them.
