I have a lot of people in my life who support me.
The people who loved me when I was seven years old love my books, and the people who didn't like me when I was seven years old don't like my books.
If I never do another thing, I've met the good, sweet people of the world.
I want to be surprised by what people do, I don't want to work with people who need to be told what to do. I want people to show me what they've got.
The irony is of course that my career has lasted a whole lot longer than some of the people I've parodied over the years.
Over the years I've had people tell me that they come to my show to escape.
The people who knew me and knew my work and trusted me, they knew then as they do now that I've never fabricated or plagiarized a story. People who know me know I didn't do this.
I prefer to remember the happy things over 10 years, the things that went well. Let me see, what did go well?
