I want to do a big Broadway musical, at some point. I would love to do that. To do something there would be super-cool.
I don't read music. I don't write it. So I wander around on the guitar until something starts to present itself.
Acting was what everybody thought I should do, and at 15, when you love something so much, it's like - 'That's not what I do. That's what they do.'
Whatever I'm doing, whatever comes along, this music is something that I've always wanted to do.
'Superunknown' was one of the most dramatic shifts in what we were doing musically. I don't think I realized it at the time.
But what is drama? Broadly speaking, it is whatever by imitative action rouses interest or gives pleasure.
Nothing is capable of being well set to music that is not nonsense.
We like to think of film and music as art, but actually art is something that is not restricted.
I don't deal well with admiration if it's for something I haven't done. Other than exist.
