I've never done a movie that's shot more than 40 days because I just don't do those kinds of films.
I never had a month or so go by where I haven't had a job, but you always worry that someone will turn off the tap.
There's no way that I could do a 9 to 5 job. There's no way. I was not cut out for that. You come in and you work for three months on the one job. They say, 'Great,' you know, and you're on to the next one - and you never even got fired. It's wonderful.
I know there are nights when I have power, when I could put on something and walk in somewhere, and if there is a man who doesn't look at me, it's because he's gay.
I've never worked as much as I would've wanted to, and that's why I end up doing a lot of stage as well, because stage is a full course meal.
Thank you... motion sensor hand towel machine. You never work, so I just end up looking like I'm waving hello to a wall robot.
I wanted to make a movie, because the whole life of the movies appealed to me. You work hard for three or four months, then you don't work at all for a couple of months.
Floor exercise, the longest you run is two or three steps. In the vault, it's not a whole lot more than that.
We had two cameras, so they could turn it on and shoot as much as we wanted. You don't have to worry about wasting money on film. A lot more takes are possible.
