Besitzungen / Possesses Elend / Wretched Geld / Money Klasse / Class Nichts / Nothing Sonst / Else Welche / Which
I've always wanted to write poems and nothing else.
Wealth consists not in having great possessions, but in having few wants.
Hope is the best possession. None are completely wretched but those who are without hope. Few are reduced so low as that.
A guy will promise you the world and give you nothin', and that's the blues.
Nothing is more wretched than the mind of a man conscious of guilt.
The world is what it is; men who are nothing, who allow themselves to become nothing, have no place in it.
In this world of change, nothing which comes stays, and nothing which goes is lost.
Nothing else in the world... not all the armies... is so powerful as an idea whose time has come.
Whether in chains or in laurels, liberty knows nothing but victories.
