Our thoughts really do create our lives. They've done a lot of research showing if you're an optimistic, positive person you will be a healthier person than if you're a sad, depressed, negative person.
But on the other hand I believe I'm a private person too, and I enjoy that aspect of my life as well.
The main thing with my shows is that I'm professional but not highly polished. I don't like people to think they're just seeing an album in person.
