Changing writing styles is like an actor taking on a different part.
It used to be that if you were on a sitcom you couldn't get work in film because it was so different. Now it's almost like you have to be on TV to do other film work.
I like to try all kinds of styles so it always challenges me and forces me to try to look different.
When I'm not working, I prefer not to use any make-up so my skin can breathe. And I always moisturise.
Television is a different challenge; it is not a stage. But each opportunity that I have to learn I learn, and I take the opportunity to work.
I'm always writing at night - things I would change, things I would do differently. When I write a note, it sticks in my head differently.
It's spelled, like, S-E-R-G. I always thought it would be funny if I called my son 'Sir.' Like calling your daughter 'Ma'am,' or something like that.
I always choose my projects for the script or what the director want to tell with that story. And if I like the story.
And they were writing scripts where Christine had hit the glass ceiling. And I always thought Christine would never hit the glass ceiling. I thought her dreams would take her. Maybe her dreams wouldn't take her where she wanted, but she still had her dreams.
