I was a strange kid in that, while most kids hate school and want to turn 18 or 21, I loved high school.
I spent most of my high school years on movie sets and I'd have like one teacher, which was really bad.
I also played two years of high school football but I wasn't very, how shall I say it, talented.
I studied Latin in high school, and I was reading stuff from Cicero. And that signal took a few thousand years to get to me. But I was still interested in what he had to say.
My father made me take three years of Latin in high school.
I quit high school on my birthday. It was my senior year and I didn't see the point. This was 1962, and I was ready to make music.
Lou and I met while we were in high school in our senior year. We were in many of the same classes together and quite a few times we went over to his house to hang out.
When we signed our deal in 1974, we'd already been together for six years. When they lowered the drinking age in Ontario in 1971 to 18 years, we went from playing two or three high schools in a month to playing clubs two or three times a week.
In high school I had sex with girls quite a few times. They were straight women who I convinced to jump in the sack with me.
