God is decisively drawn to the humble.
To do my duty, I must obey God.
I've got so much to do, I don't have time to sit down and be sad.
The Christian must trust in a withdrawing God.
The here-and-now is no mere filling of time, but a filling of time with God.
Dear God, let this be just a bad nightmare.
The laws of morals and the laws of music are the same.
I just go with the flow, day by day, week by week.
